He who knows Fully the Three Stages (Avasthas) of 

1. wakefulness (Jagrath), 
2. dream  (Swapna) and 
3. deep sleep (Sushupthi) 

Becomes

1. Towards Eternality (Sat)
2. Filled With Knowledge (Cit)
3. Full of Knowledge (Ananda)
